All the parts started with a good blast, inside and out. Streaks seen are remnants of the factory primer, not rust.

I couldn't blast and paint the entire cab at once, because I had to move it on a dolly. So, I blastd the bottom first, coated it with truck bed coating, and then put it on the dolly and blasted the rest of it. The original cab had too much rust, so I had to get a new one. The new one was in excellent shape, although I did replace the rocker panels.

These were the original doors, and they were in pretty good shape. After blasting inside and out, I welded the trim and mirror holes.
